When many people hear MiniLED technology for the first time, they will immediately think of OLED technology and even self-luminous display technology such as MircoLED technology. In fact, the current MiniLED technology to be precise, should be called MiniLED backlight technology, mainly used as the backlight of LCD, and can not do the same self-luminous display as OLED and MircoLED. The reason is that the lamp bead size of Mini LED is mostly about 200μm, which is still too large compared with the lamp bead size of Micro LED 1-10μm micron.
